What other signature tools leave out

Criminals copy a firm's signature, register an address one letter off, and ask a client to wire money. Other signature tools make email pretty. This one is built by a security firm to break that scam at three points.

Verified sender badge

Every signature carries a badge. One click shows your client that the sender is a real, current person at your firm, the only domains your email ever comes from, and the number to call before paying anything. When someone leaves, their badge says so by itself.

Send guard

When someone presses Send, Outlook checks the message first: an address that imitates a client, a Social Security number or wire details going outside the firm. It asks before it leaves. The check runs inside Outlook, so we never see the message.

Good to know before you start

Can a criminal copy the Verified sender badge into a fake email?

Yes, and that is exactly why the badge leads to a page instead of just sitting there. The page tells your client the one address and the only domains genuine email comes from, so a copied badge on harlowreyes-law.co is exposed the moment they look. It also gives them the number to call and a button to report the email to you.

Does the send guard read our email?

Not in any way that leaves the computer. Outlook downloads your rules and checks the message on the spot. Recipients, subject and body are never sent to us. The only thing we record is that a warning of a certain kind appeared, so your dashboard can show how often it stepped in. It never blocks mail: the sender can always choose Send anyway, and if our service cannot be reached the message simply sends.

Does our email pass through your servers?

No. The add-in runs inside Outlook and places the signature in the message before you send it. We never receive, route or store your mail.

What does the Microsoft 365 approval let you see?

Read-only access to your staff directory: names, job titles, departments, phone numbers and profile photos, plus your organization's name and domains. Nothing in mailboxes, files or calendars. You can remove the access at any time in Microsoft Entra under Enterprise applications.

Where does it work?

Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, the new Outlook and Outlook on the web, on Microsoft 365 mailboxes. For other mail apps, each person can copy their finished signature from the dashboard and paste it in. The Outlook phone apps keep whatever signature is set on the phone.

What happens when someone joins or leaves?

Nothing for you to do. We read your directory every hour. A new licensed person gets a signature, and someone who is blocked or loses their license has theirs switched off. Shared or service mailboxes can be switched off by hand.

How does billing work, and can we cancel?

The Firm plan is $1 per user per month, charged once a year through Stripe. People added during the year are charged pro rata; people removed lower your next renewal. Cancel any time from the Billing page and signatures run until the paid year ends.
