Signatures
From a security firm · Built for Microsoft 365

The email signature that proves it is you.

Fake invoices and changed wiring instructions arrive looking exactly like your firm. We put a Verified sender badge in every email, warn your people before they send to a lookalike address, and keep every signature on brand, straight from Microsoft 365.

Follow one email

Five checkpoints between your firm and your client.

Your real email gets a green light at every gate. The impostor pretending to be you does not make it through.

  1. You write it

Outlook on Windows, Mac and web

Your signature drops in by itself, straight from Microsoft 365. One deployment covers the whole firm.

  2. You press Send

    Send guard

Outlook checks the recipients first. An address one letter off from your client gets stopped with a warning.

  3. It leaves

    Private by design

The email goes straight out through Microsoft. It never touches our servers, and we never read a mailbox.

  4. It arrives

    Spoofing check

Your client's mail system confirms the message really came from your domain. We grade that protection every week.

  5. Your client reads it

    Verified sender badge

One click on the badge shows who you are, the only domains you send from, and the number to call before paying anything.

What other signature tools leave out

A signature is where impersonation starts. Make it where it stops.

Criminals copy a firm's signature, register an address one letter off, and ask a client to wire money. Other signature tools make email pretty. This one is built by a security firm to break that scam at three points.

DA

From D to A, usually in a day. A D means anyone can send email that looks like it came from your firm. Every fix is spelled out in plain English, and it is the same check you can run below, free.

1

Verified sender badge

Every signature carries a badge. One click shows your client that the sender is a real, current person at your firm, the only domains your email ever comes from, and the number to call before paying anything. When someone leaves, their badge says so by itself.

2

Send guard

When someone presses Send, Outlook checks the message first: an address that imitates a client, a Social Security number or wire details going outside the firm. It asks before it leaves. The check runs inside Outlook, so we never see the message.

Check this address: maya@northbrldgehealth.orgThe part after the @ looks like northbridgehealth.org but is not the same.
Don't sendSend anyway
3

Spoofing check

Can someone send email that appears to come from your exact address? For most small firms the answer is yes. We test your domain every week, grade it, and tell you in plain words what to fix.

No sign-up. Takes three seconds.

Try it

Start from a design. Make it yours.

Real renders from the engine your firm would use, shown for a sample firm. Switch the design and the color here. Inside, the designer goes much further: layout, fonts, sizes, photo, dividers, which lines show and in what order, or edit the HTML yourself. Make as many as you like, even one per department.

Why firms switch

Set it once. It looks after itself.

Signatures drift because people maintain them by hand. Here the directory you already keep is the only source, and nobody has to remember anything.

Microsoft 365 is the source of truth

New hire, promotion, new direct line, new headshot: change it once in Microsoft 365 and every signature follows within the hour. When someone leaves, their signature switches off by itself.

Photos that catch the eye

A soft animated ring around each profile photo. Subtle, optional, and it works in the mail apps your clients use.

Target by department

Litigation carries one promotion, Estates another, everyone else the firm-wide one. Departments come from Microsoft 365 too.

Private by design

The add-in works inside Outlook, for the signature and for the send guard alike. Your mail is never routed through us and we never read a mailbox.

On camera

Your firm has a signature on email. Now it has one on Zoom.

The same name, title and firm your clients see at the bottom of an email, drawn on your camera in the meeting. Nobody has to ask who is talking, and a client who joined to meet one lawyer leaves knowing the firm.

  • Pulled from the directory you already connected, so a new hire is right on their first call
  • Drawn on the video itself, so it survives recordings, screen shares and a late joiner
  • Your banner can run on camera too, on the same schedule as the email one
  • Each person can switch it off for a meeting, from inside Zoom

Questions

Good to know before you start

Can a criminal copy the Verified sender badge into a fake email?

Yes, and that is exactly why the badge leads to a page instead of just sitting there. The page tells your client the one address and the only domains genuine email comes from, so a copied badge on harlowreyes-law.co is exposed the moment they look. It also gives them the number to call and a button to report the email to you.

Does the send guard read our email?

Not in any way that leaves the computer. Outlook downloads your rules and checks the message on the spot. Recipients, subject and body are never sent to us. The only thing we record is that a warning of a certain kind appeared, so your dashboard can show how often it stepped in. It never blocks mail: the sender can always choose Send anyway, and if our service cannot be reached the message simply sends.

Does our email pass through your servers?

No. The add-in runs inside Outlook and places the signature in the message before you send it. We never receive, route or store your mail.

What does the Microsoft 365 approval let you see?

Read-only access to your staff directory: names, job titles, departments, phone numbers and profile photos, plus your organization's name and domains. Nothing in mailboxes, files or calendars. You can remove the access at any time in Microsoft Entra under Enterprise applications.

Where does it work?

Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, the new Outlook and Outlook on the web, on Microsoft 365 mailboxes. For other mail apps, each person can copy their finished signature from the dashboard and paste it in. The Outlook phone apps keep whatever signature is set on the phone.

What happens when someone joins or leaves?

Nothing for you to do. We read your directory every hour. A new licensed person gets a signature, and someone who is blocked or loses their license has theirs switched off. Shared or service mailboxes can be switched off by hand.

How does billing work, and can we cancel?

The security side is free, with no card and no seat limit. Promotions are $2.50 per user per month, charged once a year through Stripe. Cancel any time from the Billing page: banners stop at the end of the paid year and everything else carries on exactly as before.

Make every email prove it is you.
